Led Primary

90 minute class | Traditional Sanskrit Count

Led Primary is a traditional practice where students are guided through the Primary Series by traditional Sanskrit count. Unlike the self-led and self-paced style of a Mysore class, students move together in unison, creating a harmonious chorus of breath and synchronized movement. Hands on adjustments are offered, however there is little to no instructions for specific asanas.

This is the perfect complement to a regular Mysore practice where students can refine their breath work, flow, and steadiness. Led Primary is best suited for students with an established practice, and is not advisable for beginning students.

Mysore Style Classes

Self - Led | Self - Paced

Beginners Welcomed!

The best way to learn Ashtanga Vinyasa is in the Mysore room. Students learn the series progressively at their own pace starting with the basics and slowly adding while building a sustainable practice.

No experience needed. All ages welcomed. All identities welcomed. All beings welcomed. Come as you are with an open heart, a curious mind and a willingness to learn.
